TEAM LEAD - RECRUITMENT FOR BPO IN GURUGRAM

1. Should have 3+ Years experience in Recruitment in BPO Sector 

2. Must be at a TL level or Sr Executive position 

3. Good in Energy level with flair to handle team under to get numbers in joining of Front Line Tech Support Executive...which means target oriented.

4. Male candidate is preferred because shift is 2 PM to 11 PM ( Mon - Fri ) In case female she should have own conveyance to commute  

5. Salary is up to 38 K In Hand.

6, Shouldnhave good experience in searching on job portals, social media etc and line them at company location and also hire through HR Vendors at their location.

7. Joining needed withon 15 days or max 30 days.

Team Lead - HR Employee Relations ( BPO )

Same as above except that Recruitment not required but must have experience in all traits of Employee relations work as a TL. To work in coordination with the ER Manager for smooth running. Good in Englsh Communications and ready to work 24x 7 Shifts. 

Cab will be provided in of grave yard shifts at all locations except NOIDA and Ghaziabad area. West Delhi it is up to Rohini.

Executive - Recruitment  ( BPO )

Should have 1+ year experience in Recruitment of Frontline executive in Tech Support US process. Absolute passion for working in BPO environment and work in graveyard shift. Cabs are provided + Meals. Salary is best in the Industry.

French Process Analyst BPO 

Should have experience in Voice process with 2 + year experience in BPO Voice process . Must be fluent in French ( Written and Spoken ) Time 2 PM - 11 PM Cabs are provided. Salary : 45 K per month.

MUST be experienced in Quality of a BPO Voice process
