TEAM LEAD - RECRUITMENT FOR BPO IN GURUGRAM 1. Should have 3+ Years experience in Recruitment in BPO Sector  2. Must be at a TL level or Sr Executive position  3. Good in Energy level with flair to handle team under to get numbers in joining of Front Line Tech Support Executive...which means target oriented. 4. Male candidate is preferred because shift is 2 PM to 11 PM ( Mon - Fri ) In case female she should have own conveyance to commute   5. Salary is up to 38 K In Hand. 6, Shouldnhave good experience in searching on job portals, social media etc and line them at company location and also hire through HR Vendors at their location. 7.
